Mr. Chapman attended law school at South Texas College of Law (currently Houston College of Law). Mr. Chapman graduated in May 2014 and obtained his law license in November 2014. At South Texas, Mr. Chapman was an active member of the Board of Advocates and the advocacy program. Mr. Chapman received the Heart of the South Texas Advocate Award in 2014, recognizing his hard work and immense commitment that exemplify the ideals of the South Texas Advocacy Program. Mr. Chapman successfully competed in six moot court or mock trial tournaments.
Prior to law school, Mr. Chapman attended Texas State University where he was Vice President of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity and President of the Geography Honors Society. Mr. Chapman graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a minor in Public Administration.
When not working, Mr. Chapman enjoys attending concerts, playing golf, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his Rhodesian ridgeback, Abita.
